Entrapment is an AI-generated campaign concept for Bottega Veneta that explores the magnetic pull of luxury through the lens of control and seduction. Inspired by the Venus flytrap and the quiet symbolism of the moth, the campaign draws on nature’s ability to lure, entrap, and mesmerize. The moth: delicate, instinctual, and drawn to light becomes a metaphor for desire, mirroring the way individuals are drawn to objects of beauty, even at the risk of losing control. This narrative forms the foundation of a campaign that transforms simple images of accessories into an atmosphere of tension and allure.
Using Midjourney and ChatGPT, I crafted surreal, macro-driven visuals that amplify Bottega Veneta’s iconic intrecciato leatherwork and allows space for the craftmanship to take center stage. Moths appear throughout the compositions - hovering, resting on the leather detailing, or caught in a moment of detail capturing the intoxicating contrast between temptation and surrender. These visuals speak to the deeper psychology of luxury: not just as something to be worn, but something that consumes and captivates. Each asset is designed to be felt as much as seen - proof that, in the digital space, the most powerful stories are the ones that don’t scream, but seduce.
